Shipping policy
We ship orders worldwide via DHL Express (Kazakhstan).
• Order processing time: 9–10 weeks after payment.
• Delivery time: usually up to 14 days, though sometimes packages arrive within a week. Times are approximate and may vary due to customs or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Delivery countries: EU, Canada, USA, and others. If your country is not listed, please contact us, and we’ll try to find a solution.
• Import duties and taxes: payable by the recipient and not included in the product or shipping cost.
• Refused or unclaimed orders: refunds are issued minus shipping costs, return fees, carrier charges, and any duties.
• Responsibility: once shipped, delivery is handled by DHL. We are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or customs fees. However, we are always happy to assist customers in communicating with the carrier and resolving delivery issues whenever possible.
